Her understanding of risk management within workplace health is excellent, and she uses innovative products to create solutions that suit all parties. Lucy is a collaborator, bringing people together for the best result. I have worked with Lucy for 3 years and have always been astonished by her speed of thought, depth of understanding, and keenness to embrace new ways of working.

Lindsey Hall | Barn OH

If you think it’s hard getting support for your child at school, wait until they enter the workplace! It is beyond stressful identifying support needs for your grown up ‘young person’ in the work place, let alone actually managing to get provision in the current climate. Lucy has worked with my son to ensure he gets what he deserves in terms of equal opportunities in the workplace. She makes the perfect advocate - having the appropriate data at her fingertips and getting to know her client so that she can support him through the process.
“Lucy has done some coaching for me to help me manage my ADHD symptoms. She is very understanding and helps me gain some perspective. She has a non-judgmental and kind, but firm, approach. She points out my strengths and assists me to reflect on the weaknesses where the behaviours and negative thought loops don’t serve me.”
Lucy is a great listener and she will work with you to to come up with solutions for yourself or, in our case, for our neurodiverse young adult. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she will work with you and the employer so that both parties get the most out of the placement. In our case, she helped us get support for our son who has his own self-employed career and her hands on approach and access to hard facts and data were invaluable. When masking and delayed processing are in the mix, it is difficult to get help as it may not look like it is necessary. Workability provide a bridge for the communication gap between the company and the employee and can signpost to other support services where appropriate. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

What our customers love about our partners...

Jo Sutherland

Jo has been such an asset to our Occupational Health Department. Their sound, person-centred assessments of staff with mental health issues have enabled some really supportive workplace adjustments. Their reports are of exceptionally high quality, and are among the best I have ever received.

Claire | Head of Workforce, NHS

Jo has been instrumental in supporting Workability Solutions Occupational Health and our HR partners in facilitating work-placed assessments and adjustments for staff with mental health issues. This has ensured employers are compliant with the relevant legislation and that staff feel supported with the right level of pastoral care to remain in the workplace. This reduces sickness absence and increases productivity. MoJo's approach is sensitive, person centred and is underpinned by a wealth of experience.

Lucy Kenyon | Director, Workability Solutions

Jo was an excellent resource for our organisation. Her eye for detail made her a valuable critical friend and the Peer Review assessment she undertook, enabled us to gain real traction, upskilling the team and building up our training resource library. She took the time to understand the USP of our organisation, and ensured her processes reflected this in how she engaged with staff and the volunteers for the benefit of our customer base. In addition to the above, she also undertook providing mentoring support for younger volunteers to upskill them ready for the jobs market.

Diane | CEO, Employment Support Charity

The support we received from Jo helped us carry out a complex partnership review within a very tight timeframe. Working with Jo meant we could achieve our aims much quicker than if we’d tried to fit the work in around our other business priorities. Jo was able to offer experience in both health and social care, which met our needs perfectly and meant we could gather staff views independently, as well as providing the additional capacity needed to gather the evidence and write the report. The result has been we were able to agree some recommendations for improvement that all partners are happy with, and ensured we now have a robust plan to build on for the future.

Jas | Service Manager Social Care, County Council

Jo once said to me, "Training and supporting other people in things that really matter, feeds my soul", and it really shows! Jo comes alive when working with groups and teams; she cares passionately about sharing key messages of wellbeing, personal accountability and looking out for others. I have found her to have strong integrity for supporting individuals whilst still supporting business need. I have worked with Jo on a couple of projects now, and have witnessed first hand how she reaches out to participants, demonstrates strong empathy and is totally committed to their development journey. The living embodiment of personal resilience, Jo is a grafter, and will succeed at whatever she sets her mind to.

Kelly Milburn

Kelly and I have worked alongside each other for some time now, locating and developing bids and tenders primarily. I have found Kelly to be bright and enthusiastic, with a very positive 'can do' attitude at all times. She is a professional and approaches work in a highly energetic manner that tends to bring everone around her along at a far better pace. Kelly is particularly good at networking and at customer facing roles, developing relationships very quickly and efficiently. Feedback from clients/potential customers has been resoundingly positive. I am a great supporter of Kelly, I love her approach to work and I would happily support her in whatever she seeks to do.

Janet | Bid Writer

Kelly’s expertise is in engaging people to be confident to make great choices, enhance their learning and develop and evolve their skills within their role and system within which they operate. A keen learner, Kelly continues to work on her own skills and professional development and has an interest in Appreciative inquiry and a strengths based approach. Her focus involves Degree Apprenticeship and MBA teaching, senior leadership coaching and a role as an Independent Apprenticeship Assessor (IAA) for the CMI. She excels in customer facing scenarios and effortlessly builds trust and strong relationships. She applies the principles of appreciative inquiry where appropriate. Kelly wraps this entire package up in a layer of strategic thinking coupled with a sense of fun, enthusiasm and a passion for exploration.

Quadrant 1 International

Kelly is a wealth of knowledge in leadership coaching, academic tutoring and teaching. I worked with Kelly as a Business Coach for Acua and more recently through leadership coaching work with Coventry University. Kelly really knows her stuff and delivers. I also love that Kelly is so relaxed and friendly, she doesn't get flustered, she's an extremely capable and laid back individual - how good is that! Highly recommend working with Kelly.

Liz | Executive Career & Leadership Coach

Kelly has lots of energy, is very enthusiastic about what she does and is always willing to try out new things. The first time I met Kelly was at a networking event, she made networking look so easy, I was so impressed. When I got to know her more, I soon realised the reason why it was so easy - it’s because she is such an open and friendly character. Kelly is able to build rapport with people very quickly, this means she can achieve the desired results much more effectively.

Andrew | Organisation Learning & Transformation

Kelly is a highly professional individual who immediately builds relationships with her training delegates and stakeholders alike. Her ability to think strategically and network for the benefit of the bigger picture and 'win win' solutions is outstanding. I highly recommend her as a hard working and trustworthy individual who abides by high personal values. She is always the first person we approach to represent our business and is an asset to any organisation.

Lynda has a clear understanding on Occupational Health needs for her clients in all industry sectors and this understanding allows her to judge when specialist support such as Occupational Hygiene is needed. It is refreshing to come across such a level of understanding in a world where many others would guess or try to do monitoring without the expertise. This means that Linda dose truly look after the wellbeing of her clients employees
