Short term frequent absence or genetics?

Many businesses manage short term frequent absence as a capability or disciplinary issue.  The Bradford factor reinforces this belief.  But did you know there is growing evidence that your genes control how susceptible you are to infection.

Therefore it may be helpful to review infection control in the workplace before moving into capability procedures.  The catch-it-bin-it-kill-it-campaign is as good as any!
